LATE REGISTRATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED. If you are interested in attending and missed the 9/22 registration deadline, you can still sign-up. You may not get a pre-printed name badge, but you are still welcome to join us. We will stop taking online registrations late in the day Wed, 9/27.

Individual Registration Fees:
$0 Veteran/active duty and immediate family members
$25 Student attendee (non-veteran, not-presenting)
$50 General Admission (non-profit representatives, non-veteran community members)
$50 Student/graduate student presenter
$125 Clinician/Researcher/Scholar (professionals)
Vendor/Resource Table Reservations
If you are a business or non-profit interested in having vendor table or resource table at the conference, please register for the concurrent Veterans Health & Wellness Expo sponsored by the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce.
